04Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we do. If you are looking to order in larger quantities, just reach out to us through the contact page, and we will sort out the details with you directly.
05How will I know my order actually went through?
You will get a confirmation once payment is done. You can also check what is happening with your order anytime using your order ID in the Track Order section.
06Can I change my order after placing it?
We move pretty quickly on orders once they come in, so changes are not always possible. Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will see what we can do.
07What if I want to cancel my order?
Once you placed the order, our team quickly moved to the shipping process. So order cancellation is not applicable.
08 Is cash on delivery available?
No, COD is not available. All orders need to be paid online at checkout before they are processed and shipped.

We accept GPay, debit cards, and credit cards. All payments go through Razorpay so the whole process is safe and straightforward.

03 Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes, completely. Razorpay encrypts every transaction, and we do not store any of your card details on our end at all.
04Can I pay using GPay or UPI?
Yes. GPay and UPI are both available at checkout. It is one of the quickest ways to pay, and most customers use it regularly.
05My payment failed, but money got deducted. What do I do?
That can happen sometimes. Contact us right away with your transaction reference, and we will look into it and sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
06Will I get a receipt after paying?
Yes. A payment confirmation and order summary will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your transaction is complete.

01How long does delivery take within Tamil Nadu? Popular
Most orders within Tamil Nadu reach you in 2 to 3 working days. It can occasionally vary depending on your exact location, but we try to maintain a prompt delivery.
02What about deliveries to other states in India?
We also ship pan-India deliveries. So we actually take 5 to 6 working days to reach your exact location. Maybe it differs as per customer location.
03Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. If your order total is below that, a standard shipping charge will show up at checkout before you pay.
04How do I track where my order is?
Go to the Track Order section on our platform, type in your order ID, and you will see exactly where your order is and when it is expected to arrive.
05Do you deliver everywhere in India?
Yes. We deliver across all states and union territories in India. Wherever you are, we will get your order to you.
06My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
Delays can sometimes happen due to holidays or courier issues outside our control. Just reach out to us with your order ID, and we will check on it and update you.
07Will my order be packed properly?
Yes. Every order leaves our end packed carefully so it reaches you in the same condition it was when we sent it out.

01What kind of products do you sell?
Our main focus is Islamic modest wear: niqabs, headcaps, hand gloves, socks, sleeve extensions, Malaysian hijabs, Selafi makana, and big-size palazzo pants. We also carry general women's and kids' wear alongside these.
02How much do your abayas cost?
Abayas are priced between ₹899 and ₹2999 depending on the fabric and design. There are options across different budgets, so you will find something that works for you.
03Are the prices for hijabs and smaller accessories?
Hijabs range from ₹150 to ₹450; Malaysian hijabs from ₹350 to ₹650; niqabs from ₹50 to ₹250; headcaps from ₹50 to ₹150; and hand gloves, socks, and sleeve extensions are each priced at ₹99.
04Do you offer customized sizing?
Yes. Our Big Size Palazzo is available as a custom order at ₹550. Just contact us through the website with your size details, and we will take it from there.
05 Do you sell dresses for women who are not Muslim?
Of course. While Islamic wear is what we are most known for, our collection also includes general women's fashion and kids' wear that any woman can shop from comfortably.

No worries. Just click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the steps. A reset link will be sent to your registered email, and you can be back in within minutes.
06Is my personal information kept private?

03Do I need to submit any proof for a return or exchange?
Since returns and exchanges are not part of our policy, there is no proof submission needed. We just ask that you shop carefully and review all details before ordering.
